Seit vielen Jahren koordiniert er au\u00dferdem die Kooperation der Fachhochschule mit der European Space Agency ESA, mit der auch schon gemeinsame Workshops abgehalten wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ende Oktober erhielt Mehnen die seltene M\u00f6glichkeit, als Proband an Zero-G-Fl\u00fcgen der ESA in der N\u00e4he von Bordeaux (Frankreich) teilzunehmen. Ein speziell pr\u00e4parierter Airbus kann dabei im Wechsel von steilen Steig- und Sinkfl\u00fcgen den Effekt der Schwerelosigkeit f\u00fcr wissenschaftliche Experimente simulieren. F\u00fcr die Teilnehmer*innen sind diese Fl\u00fcge, bei denen entlang einer vorgegebenen Strecke 31 Parabeln geflogen werden, eine ebenso spektakul\u00e4re wie k\u00f6rperlich herausfordernde Erfahrung. Zwischen doppelter Erdbeschleunigung und Schwerelosigkeit hat Mehnen dennoch Zeit gefunden, ein paar Clips aufzuzeichnen und erkl\u00e4rt in diesem Video, wie so ein Parabelflug genau
