There was a roaring applause for the team around Christian Scheidl, Julian Smole, David Seyser and Sebastian Neuhofer at the ceremony of the Robothon in Munich during the automatica trade fair.

Only in their 4th semester of the bachelor’s degree program Mechatronics\/Robotics<\/a>, these gentlemen knocked off the really big competition and took fourth place in the Robothon Grand Challenge.

Together as a team, they worked for a month to improve the performance of the CRB 1100 robot and find innovative solutions to the problem around e-waste. Around 20 international teams were at work on this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
