{"id":56670,"date":"2024-04-26T09:32:23","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T09:32:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/content.technikum-wien.at\/?post_type=news&#038;p=56670"},"modified":"2025-09-08T09:24:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-08T09:24:18","slug":"232nd-ux-vienna-meetup-customer-onboarding-experiences","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/content.technikum-wien.at\/en\/news\/232nd-ux-vienna-meetup-customer-onboarding-experiences\/","title":{"rendered":"232nd UX Vienna Meetup: Customer Onboarding Experiences"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div data-block=\"grid\" data-is-swiper=\"false\" data-columns=\"1\" data-bg-color=\"transparent\" data-vertical-alignment=\"start\" data-horizontal-alignment=\"start\" data-gap=\"s\" data-padding-top=\"2rem\" data-padding-bottom=\"2rem\" data-small-grid=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-ovl-grid\">\n<div data-block=\"grid-column\" class=\"wp-block-ovl-grid-column\">\n<p>On April 9, 2024, UAS Technikum Wien hosted the UX Vienna Meetup for the fourth time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Around 70 participants, mainly UX professionals from large and small companies, took part in the event at UAS Technikum. <a href=\"https:\/\/content.technikum-wien.at\/en\/staff\/benedikt-salzbrunn\/\">Benedikt Salzbrunn<\/a> (head of the <a href=\"https:\/\/academy.technikum-wien.at\/master-akademische-abschluesse\/user-experience-management\/\">UX Management Master&#8217;s course<\/a>) welcomed the participants at the beginning of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The presentations were then given by two experts: Raphael Fehrer (student of the UX Management program and UX Architect at Erste Digital) gave an insight into the world of onboarding co-experience at Erste Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melita Balaski gave a presentation on the topic \u201cHow can you fix a health-tech onboarding experience?\u201d With clear insights and innovative solutions, she guided the audience through the challenges and opportunities of user experience in the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the presentations, there was a networking session where participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas. Overall, the 232nd UX Vienna Meetup at UAS Technikum Wien was a complete success with exciting presentations and discussions.
