As part of the DACH congress \u201cExpedition KI 3.0\u201d, Lars Mehnen<\/a>, lecturer and researcher at the UAS Technikum Wien, gave an insightful presentation entitled \u201cHow is AI transforming our education system?\u201d together with Sebastian Rosengr\u00fcn<\/a> (speaker, researcher, author and coach at the interface of AI, ethics and digital transformation). Mehnen emphasized that Europe’s diversity is a great strength that should also be used in the education system. Europe must find its own way to meaningfully integrate AI into the educational landscape and build on its specific strengths. The congress, which took place on October 15 and 16, 2024 at the Vienna Airport Conference & Innovation Center, brought together over 800 participants and more than 200 companies from the DACH region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI in practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The event offered exciting keynotes, workshops and pitches that enabled participants to take an in-depth look at AI applications that have already been implemented. The discussions ranged from current trends to the challenges of implementing AI in the education sector. The aim was to debunk myths about artificial intelligence and promote the exchange of best practice examples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invitation to network<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201c<\/em>Expedition AI 3.0\u201d also provided a platform for networking between AI solution providers and the AI community. The event aimed to make AI applications visible and accessible and to create space for the exchange of experiences. With a varied program that included keynotes and a cultural supporting program, \u201cExpedition AI\u201d was an important event for everyone involved in the future of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
