The annual congress is a meeting place for anyone interested in shaping future-oriented corporate culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his keynote speech, Mehnen talked about AI and strategy and gave an overview of the opportunities and limitations of current technologies. He pointed out that artificial intelligence should primarily be understood as a \u201cthinking amplifier \u2013 not a thinker,\u201d outlined the different schools of AI, and explained the role that data quality, governance, and cooperation play in its successful implementation. He also covered everything from specific corporate use cases to the global perspective \u2013 from the innovation-driven USA to the highly data-oriented China to Europe, which is shaped by values, regulation, and education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Culture Impact Congress is primarily aimed at HR managers and strategists who are looking for inspiration on topics such as corporate
