Diese Frage stand im Sommersemester im Fokus der Studierenden des Masters-Studiengangs Robotics Engineering an der FH Technikum Wien.<br><br>In Team-Projekten in der Technikum Digital Factory setzten sie ihre Konzepte an ausgew\u00e4hlten Roboterzellen praktisch um \u2013 mit eindrucksvollen Ergebnissen. Initiator des Education Spotlight ist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technikum-wien.at\/personal\/horst-orsolits\/\">Horst Orsolits<\/a>, Kompetenzfeldleiter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technikum-wien.at\/departments\/industrial-engineering\/\">Industrial Product Life Cycle Technologies<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-ovl-heading\" data-accent=\"true\" data-tag=\"h2\" data-style-level=\"h4\">Projekt 1: Remote-Monitoring der FANUC-Schulungszelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entwickelt wurde ein Dashboard zur Fern\u00fcberwachung der Fanuc-Schulungszelle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erfasste und visualisierte Zust\u00e4nde: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/fanuc-europe\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_recent_activity_content_view%3B1kyMv26mQYefJjtexT2gKw%3D%3D\">FANUC Europe<\/a> ER-4iA sowie ein F\u00f6rderband (gesteuert \u00fcber eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/siemens-industry-\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_recent_activity_content_view%3B1kyMv26mQYefJjtexT2gKw%3D%3D\">Siemens Industry<\/a> SPS S7-1200).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Datenplattform: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/ptcinc\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_recent_activity_content_view%3B1kyMv26mQYefJjtexT2gKw%3D%3D\">PTC ThingWorx<\/a> \u2013 zur Speicherung und Visualisierung der aktuellen Zust\u00e4nde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-ovl-heading\" data-accent=\"true\" data-tag=\"h2\" data-style-level=\"h4\">Projekt 2: Cobot-Zwilling mit Unity, ROS und Mixed Reality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ein digitaler Zwilling f\u00fcr die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/abbrobotics\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_recent_activity_content_view%3B1kyMv26mQYefJjtexT2gKw%3D%3D\">ABB Robotics<\/a> CRB15000 (GoFa) Station wurde mit Unity und ROS-Middleware sowie einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/meta\/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_recent_activity_content_view%3B1kyMv26mQYefJjtexT2gKw%3D%3D\">Meta<\/a> Quest 3 umgesetzt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funktionalit\u00e4t: Dynamische Anpassung der Roboter-Geschwindigkeit in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Distanz der Mitarbeiter*innen zum Cobot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zus\u00e4tzlich: Anzeige der aktuellen Stationszust\u00e4nde in einem Dashboard zur Remote-\u00dcberwachung inklusive Error-Handling via MailClient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studierende wurden mit diesen Team-Projekten ideal auf aktuelle und zuk\u00fcnftige Herausforderungen in der Robotik vorbereitet. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technikum-wien.at\/personal\/nikolaus-angel\/\">Nikolaus Angel<\/a> war im Projektverlauf f\u00fcr die Leitung der
