These hands-on activities gave the girls a tangible insight into how technical concepts are applied in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The career fields presented\u2014ranging from physics and mechatronics\/robotics to IT and TLC tool support\u2014showed just how creative and diverse the world of technology can be. Because we want equality \u2013 including in the workplace! STEM subjects are still considered male-dominated fields, even though they are crucial for actively shaping our society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our message is clear: Girls and
