Sie erm\u00f6glicht die Bestimmung der Genexpression, den Nachweis neuer Transkripte, Splei\u00dfvarianten und die Analyse nicht-kodierender RNAs. Im Rahmen von SequenceTissue nutzen wir die innovative Oxford Nanopore Technologie mit dem MinION Mk1D Sequenzierer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Nanopore-Technologie basiert auf einem revolution\u00e4ren Prinzip: DNA- oder RNA-Molek\u00fcle werden durch winzige biologische Poren geleitet, wobei charakteristische \u00c4nderungen des elektrischen Stroms gemessen werden. Jede der vier Basen (A, T, G, C) erzeugt ein einzigartiges Stromsignal, wodurch die Sequenz in Echtzeit bestimmt werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vorteile der Nanopore-Technologie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lange Reads: Bis zu mehrere Kilobasen pro Read<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Echtzeit-Sequenzierung: Sofortige Datenanalyse m\u00f6glich<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portabilit\u00e4t: Kompakte, USB-betriebene Ger\u00e4te<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direkte RNA-Sequenzierung: Ohne cDNA-Synthese m\u00f6glich<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00f6gliche Anwendungsbereiche:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Krebsforschung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Immunologie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalisierte Therapien<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entwicklungsbiologie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div data-block=\"grid-column\" class=\"wp-block-ovl-grid-column\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-ovl-heading\" data-accent=\"true\" data-tag=\"h4\" data-style-level=\"\">Methoden in Entwicklung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Epigenomik erweitert unser Verst\u00e4ndnis der Genregulation \u00fcber die DNA-Sequenz hinaus. Sie erforscht chemische Modifikationen der DNA und Histone, die die Genexpression beeinflussen, ohne die zugrunde liegende DNA-Sequenz zu ver\u00e4ndern.
