Kolleg*innen aus dem DACH-Raum kamen bereits im Vorfeld bei den internationalen Staff Training Days zusammen um sich zu vernetzen, Best Practices zu teilen und neue Ideen und Ans\u00e4tze auszutauschen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Im Rahmen des gemeinsamen Workshops &#8220;Vom Risiko zur Ressource: Drop-Out im Blick &#8211; Daten nutzen, Chancen erkennen<strong>&#8220;<\/strong>\u00a0konnten die Kolleg*innen aus TLC und QR den prozessorientierten, abteilungs\u00fcbergreifenden Zugang der FH Technikum Wien zum Thema Drop-Out nachzeichnen: von einer klaren Drop-out-Definition \u00fcber die Zusammenf\u00fchrung relevanter Daten bis hin zur zielgruppengerechten Ableitung konkreter Ma\u00dfnahmen. Den Input stellte dabei das theoretische und methodische Studiendesign (pr\u00e4sentiert von Manuel Rotter und Geraldine Metzger) dar, weitergef\u00fchrt\u00a0 wurde die Pr\u00e4sentation (Ingrid Preusche) mit der Wirkungsperspektive in der Qualit\u00e4tssicherung im Kontext der Entwicklung von Drop-Out-Ma\u00dfnahmen. Im Praxisteil diskutierten die Teilnehmenden die \u00dcbertragbarkeit der Studie auf ihre eigenen Hochschulen und ihren Zugang zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung an Hochschulen in diesem Themenbereich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Die Einladung zu den Staff Trainig Days stellte einen H\u00f6hepunkt dieses Arbeitsprozesses dar, der bereits im November 2024 in der Arbeitsgruppe Drop-Out, bestehend aus Kolleg*innen des Teaching &amp;
